2. Internship Role & Responsibilities 💼

• Supervision & Support: Detail the supervision structure and the mentor or team responsible for guiding the intern. 👨‍💻

3. Required Equipment & Environment 🖥️

• Laptop: The intern is required to have their own personal laptop to perform the duties of the internship. 💻
• Internet Connection: A reliable broadband internet connection is essential for remote work and virtual meetings. 🌐
• Clear Communication: The intern should have the ability to speak clearly during meetings, ensuring there is no background noise or distractions that could disrupt communication. 🗣️

4. Internship Work Environment 🏠

• Work from Home: The entire internship will be conducted remotely. Interns are expected to complete all tasks and attend meetings online, with no physical or offline presence required. 💼

5. Technologies and Task Allocation 🔧

• Technologies: During the internship, interns are required to work only on the technologies and tools specified by the company. 💻
• Learning Requirements: Interns must learn and work with the technologies as directed by the company. Any deviation from the assigned technologies is strictly prohibited. 📚
• Task Compliance: Interns are expected to follow all task assignments given by the company. They must not initiate or work on any task that has not been explicitly assigned or approved by the company. This policy is strictly enforced. ⚖️

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality 🔒

• Ownership of Work: All work produced by the intern during the internship period, including but not limited to code, designs, documentation, and research, is the sole property of KeshavSoft. 📄
• No Use or Sale: The intern is prohibited from using, selling, or disclosing any code, data, or knowledge gained during the internship period without prior written permission from KeshavSoft. 🚫
• Confidentiality: The intern must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information and intellectual property gained during the internship. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement may lead to immediate termination of the internship and legal consequences. 🕵️‍♂️

7. Completion Certificate 🏅

• Issuance of Certificate: The issuance of a Completion Certificate at the end of the internship is at the sole discretion of KeshavSoft. 🎓
• No Requests or Suggestions: Interns are not allowed to request, suggest, or expect a certificate. The decision to issue a certificate will be entirely based on the company’s discretion, and no external influence will be entertained. 📜

8. Termination of Internship ❌

• Right to Terminate: KeshavSoft reserves the right to remove or drop any intern from the internship program at any point during the internship period, without any intervention from the intern. The decision to terminate the internship will be at the sole discretion of the company. 🚪
